    1 . EQUIPPING THE YOUTH WITH SKILLS

     

                  Research has found that there is a significant gap between the human resources and the available job roles .People are available in large numbers just as such as employment opportunities are unfortunately the available people cannot be appointed because of lack of needed skills .There fore we in Pioneer trad ALL INDIA NATIONAL  INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE [ANIMS] resolve to equip the eligible and able young girls and boys with Health Sector skills to be employed in establishments that can offer them bright future.

                Here we trained more than 500 student from BPL family under  Vocational Skill Training Program [ TNSDC ,PMKVY,DDUGKY,NULM ] in various job roles like GDA, MET, DMLT, MLT, DFNA,etc and provided 80 percent placement who successfully completed their training program .

    2 . PROVIDING CLEAN PURIFIED PORTABLE WATER

     

                  Pioneer trad is committed to provide clean and purified drinking water to the poorest of the poor in the most vulnerable communist such as leper, Tribal , Dhalits and other sub altern communities so far we provided four bore wells. The last Bore well attach with the water purification planet is at Dharmapuri District a community of the lepers .The reason why we provide clean drinking water is between research has prooved that 25 % of day to day Health is guaranteed by clean drinking water the need for clean fresh purified drinking water is even more essential for the sick people like the lepers ,TB etc..,

    It is estimated that presently about 60% of countries population is urbanised there are about 63 slums in the chennai [http://www.tnscb.org ›] access on 11.09.2021  . In Chennai about 83.8 % are from slum .PIONEER TRAD has been working for the children in Vayasarpadi ,Mangalapuram ,Rajivgandhi nagar ,Aynavaram , New Avadi road etc..,We are catering 100 children in Mangalapuram , 75 children in mangalpuram ,100 children in New Avadi Road slum.
